    In addition to the regular group fitness ( CrossFit / Crosstraining ) lessons we offer specific small-group training. The training takes place in a small group of a maximum of 4 persons . You yourself take control the intensity of the exercises and your coach will show you what exercises to do.

    For the small-group training a binding registration is necessary . The small-group training takes place only at certain times , which can be booked through the reservation system .
