In Zermatt und Brig. Klein Gruppen Personal Training In Ergänzung zu den regulären Group Fitness (CrossFit) Lektionen bieteten wir spezifische Kleingruppen-Trainings an. Diese sind im Sinne eines Personal Trainings konzipiert. Das Training erfolgt in Kleingruppen von maximal 4 Personen. Du selbst steuerst die Intensität der Übungen und dein Trainer zeigt dir, welche Übungen bei dir besonders viel Sinn machen. Für die Kleingruppen-Trainings ist eine verbindliche Anmeldung nötig. Die Kleingruppen-Trainings finden nur zu bestimmten Zeiten statt, die über das Buchungssystem gebucht werden können.

    In addition to the regular Group Fitness ( CrossFit / Calisthenics ) lessons we offer specific small-group training. The training takes place in a small group of a maximum of 4 persons . You yourself take control the intensity of the exercises and your coach will show you what exercises to do.

    For the small-group training a binding registration is necessary . The small-group training takes place only at certain times , which can be booked through the reservation system .
